Forms and Paperwork

There’s a lot of paperwork to ensure everyone has a safe and successful MOV Work Camp experience. Group leaders should gather your complete registration packet- including individual registrations, medical forms, and payments for all of your campers and adults- and submit it to us as soon as possible. MOV Work Camp is limited to the first 500 registered participants- we just don’t have enough housing for more.
